We specialize in asset-based business loans of all sizes and types. We use your investment property as collateral to secure your loan.

Typical real estate used for asset-based loans can be:

  • single-family properties

  • commercial or industrial buildings

  • vacant land

  • multi-family buildings

We also offer second mortgages. If you have enough equity in your property, we will often do 2nd Deed of Trust loans.

  • Loan Types: Purchase, Refinance, Cash Out, Rehab

  • Loan Amount: $25K-$1+Million

  • Fees: 1.5 - 4 points, plus processing, title and escrow

  • Interest-Only Payments
